Introduction ---------------- Baldur's Gate Romantic Encounters Modification (BG1RE) is a mod for classic BG1:TotSC, BG1Tutu v4, EasyTutu, BGT, and BG:EE, adding several encounters and quests all over the game. For BG1RE, not every component deals with the PC trying to sneak into someone's pants or vice versa. BG1RE aims at populating BG1 with romantic encounters, intense dialogues, unexpected private dinners, romantic traces of long lost times, and real quests that all deal with true love, fulfilled or unfulfilled. It also offers encounters for the PC's quick relief, of course, with either paid companions or willing strangers. For some encounters, the PC should brush him-/herself, as it might be (s)he comes out flustered if (s)he doesn't stop in time. Note: The "Extension of Bjornin Encounter" formerly included in the mod Baldur's Gate Mini Quests and Encounters Modification (BGQE) is now included in this mod, with a little addition. This mod is a group effort including lots of components from different authors. Thank you to all who contributed to make this mod possible! ---------------- II. General Info ---------------- 1. Rating ----------------- The ratings of this mod's components are first differentiated into Teen and Mature content. Second, it is differentiated into components with trigger warnings vs. "all components". Teen content in this mod means: no description or mentioning of explicit sexual content. It does include (non-explicit) preludes and the aftertalks, but any sexual content is skipped and indicated by a fade-to-black. Mature content: contains explicit descriptions of intimate actions (though not explicit enough to be called porn) either as action description or in the characters' dialogues (including verbal mentioning of fantasies). Trigger warnings are put to components that feature any content that include intimacies in a threatening atmosphere, discussion of consent issues, attempts of sexual coercion, (nonsexual) violence to children, or other instances that might be triggering to some players. These components are tagged with a warning accordingly and can be skipped during install. 2. Component Types ----------------- The components are classified in different "Types" to give an idea of what awaits the player. The types are: 1. Encounters. These either create a new character or extend an existing game character. All action is handled in the dialogue; no quest is attached. All components giving the PC the possibility for intimacies are flagged "Encounters". 2. Quest. These include solving a problem or doing at least a fed-ex errand. They have no possibility for intimacies for the PC. 3. Dialogue. These will either extend an original game character's dialogue or create an encounter with a custom character, but there won't be anything more than talking. 4. Reply option. This does exactly what it says: adding additional reply options, but not necessarily new reactions of the game characters in question. 3. Style of Descriptions ----------------- The mod offers the choice between descriptive texts and non-descriptive versions. If the "descriptive version" is chosen on install, components that offer descriptive text will have it enabled. There will be some adult content, obviously. The non-descriptive version is called "BG-style". It has as little descriptive content as possible, which is more in-line with the original style of the BG-games, in my opinion. Instead of description text, this style offers "dialogue based" content instead. Some components, which rely heavily on descriptive text, might be shortened for this style type. This install choice contains adult content. ---------------- III. Description of Components ---------------- The mod consists of a number of optional components. Please, feel free to use all variables listed below for your own NPC reactions. Please note the section "Crossmodding" below for details on how to use the variables! 0. Main Component: ~Amount of -ahem- details and BG-style vs. description text!~ (Required) ------------------------------------------------------------------ The mod offers different basic install choices in respect to the rating and the style of descriptions. This component is a required component. The install choices distinguish between teen/mature content and no components with warning/all components. The latter refers to the components marked with trigger warnings. Please read the notes in this readme carefully before chosing the components. The components in question are marked with (WARNING). During install you have the choice between rating and descriptiveness: - "Teen version": Automatically installs the Teen versions of all components that also offer mature content, leaving out additional content for some encounters. Will skip whole encounters that offer no Teen version. - "BG-style": This component has Adult content. It leaves out descriptive content, but offers "dialogue based" content instead. With this install choice all components can be installed. - "Descriptive version": This will have description texts for the encounters that offer a descriptive version. Adult content, obviously. With this install choice all components can be installed. Any of the three above is coupled with: - Skip components with warnings: the components tagged with warnings will be skipped completely. - Show/install all components. 1. Bardolan's Briefing, by berelinde (mature content / teen version) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availability: Nashkel. Starts at first visit, follow up has no time restriction. Rating: mature content, teen version available (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: none Variables: Global("RE1_BardolanFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if you follow Bardolan into his private quarters Global("RE1_BardolanSex","GLOBAL",1): if the PC gets intimate with him. Bardolan is the Amnish Commander who greets the PC on their first visit to Nashkel. With Captain Brage gone the way he is, all the responsibility now lays on Bardolan's shoulders. He is very anxious and stressed. Your PC can help him ease it, up to a very... personal level. In all cases, Bardolan will be very thankful for any short time out. 2. Scar's Spare Time, by jastey (mature content / teen version) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availability: Baldur's Gate. Possibilities to talk to Scar are added to several stages of his quests. The encounter can be triggered once Scar states that "I finally have something I could call free time, a rare occasion." Rating: mature content, teen version available (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: PCs of no evil alignment, Rep > 11 for talking, Rep > 15 for going to his quarters; intimacies are restricted to female PCs. Variables: Global("RE1_ScarFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if you follow him into his private quarters. Global("RE1_ScarSex","GLOBAL",1) if the PC agrees to have sex. Now any PC can have a more private chat with Scar and help him relax a little from his stressing duty. Female PCs can also show this humble bachelor that he is a hell of an attractive man. No matter how far it goes, don't expect the duties of a Second in Command of the Flaming Fist allow a long-term committment, though. Note: To be able to play the "Scar - The Return" bonus quest, the PC has to at least have been in Scar's private quarters, even if nothing else evolves. 3. Kim's Preoccupation, by jastey (mature content / teen version - WARNING) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Warning: This encounter leaves the sexual fulfillment of an otherwise helpless quest character to the PC's decision. While there is no physical violence involved, the content may be triggering for some players. Type: Encounters (custom character) Availability: Candlekeep, Chapter 6. Rating: mature content, teen version available (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: none (NPC gender opposite to the PC's) Variables: Global("RE1_KimFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if the PC offers intimacies. Global("RE1_KimSex","GLOBAL",1) if the PC indeed lends a hand. Kim had a bad accident. And sometimes, bones don't heal as well as they should. That is why Kim's arms haven't been in use for a very long time, and won't be for at least some more weeks... And in that state, some thoughts just gain a prominence that you would not as a healthy person consider possible. 4. Extension of Bjornin Encounter (Personal Wound Treatment), by jastey ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availability: Beregost, Jovial Juggler. Adds several dialogue options to different stages of Bjornin's half-ogre quest, and after. The encounter will be available after, if the PC wanted to chat. Rating: teen content (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: for talking: Rep > 9; for going to his quarters: no evil alignment, Rep > 17 Variables: Global("RE1_BjorninFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if you go with him to his personal quarters Bjornin, the hurt paladin in Beregost, intrigued my PC when meeting him the first time. So she wanted to be able to talk to him some more. This component enables PCs (male and female) of reputations greater than 9 to have a more extensive conversation with Bjornin. A PC who gains his trust can now also give him a thorough wound treatment. Bjornin will enjoy it, but for a romantic encounter, not much can be expected from an injured and hurting paladin. Note: This component contains all content of the former BGQE component "Extension of Bjornin Encounter". 5. No Starch in the Maypole, by jastey ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Reply option (extended original game character) Availability: First subterranean level of the Cloakwood mines Rating: teen content (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: none Variables: Global("RE1_StarchFlirt","GLOBAL",1), if a suggestive answer is chosen This component is not really meant seriously, albeit it is not a joke component. It adds to the one watchman on the second level of the Cloakwood Mines who unwantedly asks the PC for advice concerning his "latenight life" because all the stress took "a little starch out of my maypole, if ye get me meaning." With this component installed, the PC can give him advice, or at least (s)he can try. 6. Duke Eltan's Spare Minute, by jastey ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Dialogue (Extended dialogue options for original game character) Availability: Chapter 7, Harbor Master's building, after bringing Duke Eltan there Rating: teen content (suggestive wording in one reply option) PC restrictions: none Variables: Global("RE1_EltanFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if the PC offers intimacies. You just saved the man from being poisoned. He is weak, and eager for you to stop the conspiracy. This component gives the PC the possibility to talk to him some more, but expect a Duke to be rather short with you, especially with the task of stopping the Iron Throne on your hands. Note: This component has to be installed for the bonus quest "Scar - The Return". 7. Husam's Personal Preparation, by jastey (mature content / teen version) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availability: Chapter 7, before searching for the murderers in the Undercellar, and the Thieves' Guild before entering the maze. Rating: mature content, teen version available (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: none Variables: Global("RE1_HusamFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if the PC goes with Husam, Global("RE1_HusamSex","GLOBAL",1) if there are intimacies in the first encounter; Global("RE1_HusamSex","GLOBAL",2) if there are intimacies for the PC in the second encounter; Global("RE1_HusamSex","GLOBAL",3) if there were intimacies for Husam, too. Husam has many faces. He impersonates a drunk to be able to talk to the PC in disguise, and yet his mind is all sharp and smart. He just knows that sometimes, some things have to be done to get to your goal, and has no objection to laying on hands himself, either. So, he is very understanding if you tell him that, to hunt Duke Entar's and Scar's murderers in the Undercellar, you definitely need to relieve some pressure first, before being able to concentrate on your task down there. So it's up to you to find out just how deft a Shadow Thief can handle his tools... After the first, ahem, personal preparation, Husam will make a second approach in the Thieves' Guild before the PC descends down into the maze to follow Sarevok. 8. Laurel's Post-Hunting, by jastey ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availability: Bear River Rating: teen content (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: only for male PC with rep 15 or higher. Variables: Global("RE1_LaurelFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if the PC follows Laurel behind the bushes, Global("RE1_LaurelSex","GLOBAL",1) if there are intimacies Laurel is a paladin, and she is on a mission. She doesn't have much time, but she is sensible enough to know that there is more to a healthy body than eating and resting, if the PC knows what he wants. 9. Bartus' Seduction, by jastey ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters Availability: first meeting: Beregost (male PC), Jovial Juggler (female PC) Rating: teen content (some slightly suggestive language, but nothing explicit) PC restrictions: accidental kiss only for female PC Variables: Global("RE1_BartusFlirt","GLOBAL",1) after Bartus accidentally kisses the PC Global("RE1_BartusSex","GLOBAL",1) if Bartus gives the PC the Hero's Reward Bartus is a sweet guy, a courtesan, currently assigned to whom he calls his "sweet ladies", noble ladies that let themselves be seduced by Bartus in turns. He is not the brightest, though, and that could be why he accidentally kisses a female PC in the dim light of the tavern aisle. This might not turn out to be his greatest problem, though, and he might need some help soon after. For male PCs, the quest starts from here. If rescued, Bartus can be met again in Baldur's Gate Low Lantern where he needs some convincing to go for his dreams. For v1.4, the quest now continues from the first meeting in the tavern, and is also open to male players. 10. Lina's Massage, by jastey (mature content / teen version) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters Availability: Friendly Arm Inn, ground floor Rating: mature content, teen version available (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: only for male PC Variables: Global("RE1_LinaFlirt","GLOBAL",1) after the PC agrees to a personal massage, Global("RE1_LinaSex","GLOBAL",1) if there are intimacies Lina is all impressed by you, the magnificent adventurer, with all your armor and weapons. And she likes to help you relax and forget the dirty road for a while. She is surprised herself as to how far she will take you, actually. 11. First Night with Quentin, by Kulyok (mature content / teen version) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters Availability: Friendly Arm Inn, near the bar, all chapters Rating: mature content, teen version available (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: female human, half-elven, elven protagonists Variables: RE1_QuentinFlirt, if you come up and talk to Quentin in his room RE1_QuentinSex, if you choose to engage in an intimate encounter Visit the Friendly Arm inn, and you'll find a stranger at the bar. It's simple, isn't it? But it might appeal to those players who often think about their bruised, tired and hungry girl entering the Friendly Arm Inn for the first time. Maybe she wants some comfort? Or perhaps she is numb and she doesn't care, and when a handsome stranger makes her an offer, she thinks: why not? Or maybe it's past time she lost her virginity on an adventure with a handsome stranger? The choice is yours. Visit the Friendly Arm Inn and check out a young man with a short bow near the bar. 12. Chatting Niklos Up, by Kulyok (mature content - WARNING) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Warning: This encounter includes attempts at sexual coercion. While all involved parties ultimately make free choices, the content may be triggering for some players. Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availability: Baldur's Gate, between Elfsong and Sorcerous Sundries, ONLY LOAD THE SAVES WHERE YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO BALDUR'S GATE YET Rating: mature content PC restrictions: female protagonists Variables: RE1_NiklosFlirt, if you go with Niklos RE1_NiklosSex for, well, sex Remember the guy in Baldur's Gate near the Elfsong Inn and Sorcerous Sundries who gives you 50 gold just to listen to his boss? The guy from the Thieves' Guild? Aye, that's Niklos, and this one's got a dirty, dirty mouth. DAT ASS... (snicker). The encounter is available to all female protagonists and should be compatible with the rest of Niklos' dialogue. Note: you REALLY should load a saved game where you haven't been to Baldur's Gate yet(since the mod adds a death variable to Niklos). Install the mod, then start a new game, or load an old game from before you entered the city. 13. Slythe and Krystin, by Kulyok (mature content - WARNING) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Warning: This encounter involves intimacies in a threatening atmosphere. While all involved parties ultimately make free choices, the content may be triggering for some players. Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availability: Baldur's Gate, Chapter 7, Undercellars Rating: mature content PC restrictions: female protagonists with Charisma of 13 and higher Variables: RE1_SlytheKrystinFlirt for coming with Slythe and Krystin and RE1_SlytheKrystinSex for having a threesome of sorts. Slythe and Krystin are memorable villains from the Undercellars. They're also evil assassins who have great loot, and, therefore, must die. Before that, however, an attractive girl may choose to have some real fun, some sense of living dangerously, a chance to end things peacefully(uh-huh, you wish), and, of course, the sex is good. The encounter may end rather suddenly, however, so be on your guard! Again, the encounter should be compatible with any other mods that modify these characters' dialogue. 14. No Regrets, by Anonyme ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Quest Availability: NE Baldur's Gate (lower level), "House 1" in Dudleyville's walkthrough (AR0305) Rating: teen content PC restrictions: none Variables: none An old woman, at the end of her life. A letter she cannot read any more, and a lot of what-ifs that will stay even after she has passed away. Help Meilla remember by reading the letter one last time to her. Oh, and please take the cat to the neighbors, because he needs to be fed. 15. Purchased Love, by Thimblerig ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters Availablilty: Undercellar and Low Lantern, all Chapters Rating: Teen - suggestive language, but fade-to-black cuts over otherwise explicit content PC restrictions: available to all PCs Variables: - Summer Umbrella - RE1_SumUmTalk to track conversational topics, RE1_SumUmFlirt if you proposition her; - the Harlots of the Undercellar - RE1_HarlotSex if you go to bed with any of them; - Schvantz - RE1_SchvantzFlirt, sets if you ask about 'private sessions', RE1_SchvantzSex if you go to bed with him; - Ariane - RE1_ArianeFlirt if you go somewhere... *private* with her; RE1_ArianeSex if you want more than just a massage; - Lars - RE_1LarsFlirt - increments if you talk to him or ask about his name; he will occasionally shift decks, so if you can't find him then try a different level; - Gunther and Friends - no relevant variables. Purchased Love extends the Undercellar and the Low Lantern in Baldur's Gate with courtesans available for service to all PCs. The mod-added courtesans in the Undercellar are named Harlots to distinguish from the game ones. In the Low Lantern, the component adds Ariane and the male courtesans mentioned in the game: Schvantz and Gunther. Gunther is on his night off, though, so he won't be on duty; he can be found in the lowest level of the Low Lantern drinking beer and aged brandy with his pals. Also added to the Low Lantern are entertainers one would expect in such an establishment: Lars will dance for the customers, and Summer Umbrella will try to afford the PC some intellectually enjoyable hours. Or just a cup of tea. 16. Hull: Heavy Duty, by Lava Del'Vortel ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounter (extended original game character) Availability: Candlekeep Rating: Teen content (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC Restrictions: any PC with a minimum of 13 Charisma Variables: Global("RE1_HullFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if you go with Hull around the corner. Candlekeep... even that place has its own people. They have their own past, their good moments and their desires. Hull is one of them - the Watchman, the Sentinel, the Guardian. Not always perfect, but who is? He never tried to be seductive, or someone who would use you. Everyone needs some company. Everyone needs a friend – some of them offer benefits. If you're going to leave, why don't you say 'goodbye' to Hull? 17. Late Night with Jaheira, by Kulyok ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Dialogue Availability: after entering Nashkel for the first time; Tutu/BGT/BG:EE: at rest; BG!: at night in a tavern. Rating: teen content PC restrictions: all protagonists Jaheira is one of the most popular companions. She is also a good friend, sometimes even a mother figure. What if she asked you what kind of a partner you were looking for? Told you something about her relationship with Khalid? Gave some unwanted advice, shared a drink and sent you to bed? The encounter is available at Chapter 2 or later, at rest or at night(BG1). 18. Sil's Blessing, by Lava Del'Vortel ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Dialogue (extended original game character) Availability: Lighthouse area Rating: Teen content PC restrictions: No restrictions On the coast lives a strange tribe. Its members aren't crude beasts, but neither are they lawful celestial creatures. They are women of weaving and pearls. They are women of poison and song. They are sirines who lure men, who protect their land, and who have seen many men and women die. Bow and hail Lady Sil and she may tell you a tale of a tragic love. This component, thanks to Jastey, is compatible with The Lure of the Sirine's Call. 19: Melicamp: The Poultry Boy, by Lava Del'Vortel ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounter (extended original game character) Availability: The High Hedge (Thalantyr's home), after Melicamp was successfully retransformed Rating: Teen content (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: No restrictions Variables: Global("RE1_MelicampFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if you go with Melicamp somewhere private. Global("RE1_MelicampSex","GLOBAL",1) if Melicamp and the PC kiss. Cluck cluck... cluck! How tempting clucking can be, right? Help Melicamp and dispel the magic that turned him into a chicken. Once he's free of the curse, he may want to say thank you. Can you accept his offer? Would you like to join him on a small trip? Talk and rest for a moment? 20. Reading with Rinnie, by Western Paladin ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounter (extended original game character) Availability: The house with the striped awning in AR0200 (FW0200 in Tutu), near the Grand Duke's palace Rating: Teen - some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions PC restrictions: Available to any male character Variables: RE1_RinnieEncounter (if you talk to her about her poem) RE1_RinnieSex (if things get intimate) Rinnie, a bard in Baldur's Gate, is looking for an obscure book about an obscure place. She's looking for inspiration and insight. She's also looking for a friendly, well-read adventurer to spend some time with - if you talk to her by yourself, you might find out more. NOTE: The additional reply options for this encounter will only show, if the PC is alone with Rinnie. 21. Molly the Husband-Grabber, by Kulyok ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Dialogue Availability: after entering Baldur's Gate, near the city gates Rating: teen content PC restrictions: all protagonists, special content for every male party member, including the PC This one is supposed to be comic relief. Ahem. Remember Salvanas the lecherous elf? Or that mom in the Temple District who wanted to get money for her little girl? Well, *this* girl is all grown up, and she wants a husband. There might just be one in your group, so be warned! And keep Xzar well away... or not. A little crazy, a little annoying, but certainly innocent and not evil. Much. Available near the entrance to Baldur's Gate, in the area with the Sorcerous Sundries. 22. The Mourning of Centeol, the Spider Lady, by Lava Del'Vortel ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Quest (extending original game characters) Availability: Centeol's hideout, and Firewine Bridge (Poe) Rating: Teen content PC restrictions: No restrictions Love can hurt. Passion may curse. Envy may cause more suffering than any other sin. There's a very small, sometimes even invisible, line that separates love, commitment, and grief. There was a woman who once experienced each of these. All women and men have their limits, though. Many saw her fall and there was one who cursed her, who turned her into a pathetic being, lonely and mad. This component is a small mini-quest that shows exactly what Centeol felt before her fate was done. It also lets the player order a special poem to make sure she won't be forgotten. 23. The Essential End, by Lava Del'Vortel (mature content / teen version - WARNING) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Warning: This encounter includes attempts at sexual coercion. While all involved parties ultimately make free choices, the content may be triggering for some players. Type: Encounter Availability: Undercity Rating: mature content, teen version available (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: No restrictions Variables: Global("RE1_EssentionFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if the PC asks for the spirits power. SetGlobal("RE1_EssentionSex","GLOBAL",1) if the PC accepts the unition. ...Every being has its own shade, Everyone from Essence was made. Let them feel your loud rage, And forever break the cage... ...find me and I may give you power... 24. The Harvestmen Lair, by Lava Del'Vortel ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounter Availability: N Baldur's Gate, outside The Three Kegs Rating: Mature content PC restrictions: No restrictions Variables: Global("RE1_HarvestmanFlirt","GLOBAL",1) if the PC follows the man into the hidden rooms (set at first visit). Global("RE1_HarvestmanSex","GLOBAL",1) if the PC agrees to intimate actions. Are you a fan of dark pleasures? Are you always looking for some new experience that can warm up every inch of your skin? Let these dark and deadly creatures take care of you. Tell them what you want. Use them the way you want. Take them both, or just one – you set up the rules. Visit Baldur's Gate, which – from now on – may offer something more than the Undercellar. Find a man outside The Three Kegs and listen to his offer and maybe you'll discover a new, well hidden area. 25. The Great Zudini, by Kulyok ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Dialogue Availability: near the Diviner's tent in Central Baldur's Gate Rating: mature content PC restrictions: all protagonists, special content for every female party member, including the PC A counterpart for Molly, The Great Zudini is a fortune-teller for the ladies. All of them, including CHARNAME and ten lovely NPCs: Alora, Branwen, Dynaheir, Faldorn, Imoen, Jaheira, Safana, Shar-Teel, Skie and Viconia. Given how many of these ladies(or their husbands) meet a gruesome end in BG2, though, it's rather dark, hence the mature content warning. Oh, and don't forget to wash your hands before dinner! Because *that's* always good advice. 26. The Messenger, by Thimblerig ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Quest Availability: the Temple of Oghma in Candlekeep, the Prologue; the Vestibule of the Temple of Lathander (any chapter); Rating: general content PC Restrictions: none NPC Interactions: Imoen has a few things to say, but her presence is not required Variables: RE1_Messenger (1 met Sapientia, 2 taken Sapientia's quest, 3 met Blaise, 4 taken Blaise's quest, 5 random unhappy ending, 6 and 7 happy quest resolutions) An aged resident of Candlekeep, Sister Sapientia, would like you to pass a message to her friend Dawn Priest Blaise of the Temple of Lathander. Can old love ripen? Includes gentle romance, gentle humour, and people who cared about Charname before s/he got famous. Author's Notes: - The quest isn't very taxing, but there may be an unpleasant surprise in it. - If you don't get the quest from Sister Sapientia, you can pick it up halfway from Dawn Priest Blaise 27. Ender Sai: The Hero's Reward, by Thimblerig (WARNING) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Warning: This encounter discusses consent issues. While all involved parties ultimately make free choices, the conversation may be triggering for some players. Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availablilty: The Friendly Arm Inn, Chapter 4 (like, he will be gone in Chapter 5) Rating: Teen - no explicit content, but involves discussion of the consent issues tied to an old story trope PC Restrictions: available to all PCs, includes dialogue options for a range of alignments NPC Interactions: Jaheira and Khalid have a related banter Variables: RE1_EnderProposal - sets when either you or Ender raises the issue; RE1_EnderFlirt - if the pair of you go to his room; RE1_EnderSex - if you spend the night with him Ender Sai, the clever, soft-footed thief held captive in Tazok's Bandit Camp. You might have rescued him from his bonds, or maybe he just happened to survive. Either way, he feels he owes you for the continued existence of his battered hide and he's grateful... Find him in the common room of the Friendly Arm Inn, to the left of the bar to talk, drink, and discuss the Hero's Reward. 28. The Novelists, by Thimblerig ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounter Availability: the Blade and Stars common room, any chapter you're in the city; the Thieves' Guild, after the fight at the Ducal Palace; Rating: Gen-to-Teen, for mildly suggestive language; PC Restrictions: none; NPC Interactions: Skie, Eldoth, Xan, Imoen, and Garrick have minor interjections, none have to be present; Crossmod Interactions: If the BG1 NPC Project is installed, Ajantis, Branwen, Dynaheir, and Shar-Teel (if in a committed romance), Coran (if he's flirting with you in any form), and Xan (if he has the misfortune to be in the party) might have something to say; Variables: RE1_KDMeet 5 means they've committed to writing your book; Earning notoriety can have its rewards. Talk to Kitty and Dai in the Blade and Stars to find out how! Author's Notes: If they don't know who you are, push your Reputation to a high or low extreme to open up more dialogue; having major adventures under your belt when you interview Kitty and Dai will yield more options for the final content. 29. The Honest Lies of Two Riversides, by Lava Del'Vortel ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Quest Availability: Nashkel, at Night, and after having heard a rumour about them (from the bartender or the temple priest) Rating: Teen content PC restrictions: No PC restrictions Variables: No relevant variables There are stories of love and death. Of life and hatred. Sometimes these two mix: death becomes never-ending life, love becomes hatred, and lies turn into truth. Sometimes time is the most cruel torturer. Listen to two very specific ghosts and decide if you want to end their torture, if you want to finally free them so they can hold each other, feel, and together leave this world to which they are bound. 30. Necromancer's Trouble, by jastey ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Quest Availability: N Baldur's Gate, the house with the blue roof, at the far right. Sidequests: Nashkel cemetary, N Baldur's Gate behind the Temple of Helm. Rating: Teen content PC restrictions: No restrictions Variables: No relevant variables Young girls' bodies are being stolen all of the Sword Coast! A necromancer is raising a deadly army! But... what does he need young girls for, then? Before the PC makes any more assumptions, best to search the old house and find out his true reasons. This quest can develop in different directions, depending on the PC's choices. Help the necromancer finish - for this, the PC needs blood, and there will be several choices, all introduced in N Baldur's Gate. Or convince him that it is evil what he is doing - then of course, the PC has two side quests to solve, one of them is what to do with a cow in Baldur's Gate? She surely doesn't belong there, so maybe there is a farm somewhere near Baldurs gate city that could need another helping hand? Or - maybe CHARNAME fancies a juicy piece of meat? You can also bring the blood of Abela the nymph to the necromancer, but beware, because killing a nymph results in a huge reputation loss (this is canon, I didn't change it). Note: In Chapter 7, the main quest and side quests can still be done, but there will be no reward from the Flaming Fist for it. 31. Dinner with Thalantyr, by jastey ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounter (after item fed-ex, extended original game character) Availability: After the end of the Melicamp quest, a new reply option will appear. Learn about the book Thalantyr is searching for, bring it to him, and the great master Thalantyr can be talked into sharing a dinner with the PC. Rating: Teen. There is not even dirty language involved. Variables: RE1_ThalantyrFlirt, if the PC follows Thalantyr into his private quarters Ever wondered what happened to Thalantyr, the great master wizard, that made him hide away in a tower guarded by flesh golems? Well, after this component, you won't know, either, but your PC'll have a better idea of it for sure, plus having eaten a fine, warm dinner, and getting the warm and fuzzy fealing of pride that you, of Candlekeep, convinced a solitary, grumpy, mighty mage to actually share a dinner with you and feel oddly pleased about serving a young and naive adventurer as you! After finishing Melicamp's quest, Thalantyr will mention a book he is searching for. The PC can bring the book to him, and if does not accept gold for it, the mighty and rather grumpy old mage will have to think of something else to offer in return!... As of v1.4, the component was expanded with "A Game of Chess with Thalantyr": After you shared dinner, talk to Thalantyr again to get an invitation to a game of chess with the mighty old mage. Well, of course he won't be enthousiastic about it. And, well, there is also a chess piece missing that would have to be replaced... Note: ***spoiler*** The book in question can be found in Ragefast's home. He will give it freely if asked or/and not object to the PC just taking it. For the chess piece, the mod introduced a carpenter at the Nashkel Carnival. The ivory needed can be found in the ship wreck. 32. Girdle of Gender Reactions, by Thimblerig, Kulyok, Domi, Lava, Lastknightleft, Twani, Jastey, and Daisy Ninja Girl ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Dialogue Availability: Triggers when the cursed girdle of masculinity/femininity is equipped on a character Rating: General, dialogue only, phrasing is sometimes a touch spicy but nothing a child couldn't read Variables: "RE1_GirdleGender#NPC#" (sets when girdle is equipped on them);"RE1_Girdle#NPC#PCDidIt" (sets when they notice the PC is equipped) ; "RE1_PCGender" (vanilla BG1 only: 1 for female, 2 for male) The ogre's girdle, the cursed belt, the sudden source of unexpected genitalia - some of your companions might find it a bit of a shock. Others might be intrigued, or reminded of past adventures... This component allows them to voice their thoughts on the matter. Features: - almost complete responses from NPCs equipped with the girdle (excluding Ajantis, Edwin, and Shar-Teel - see end notes); - partial responses from NPCs to equipping your PC; - a cheaper form of Remove Curse, for experimenters - talk to Gellana Mirrorshade (Friendly Arm Inn) with the belt in your inventory to get her solution. (Romanced Ajantis from BG1 NPC will also have something to say if the PC puts on the belt.) - For players of vanilla BG1 - if you install this halfway through a game, the NPCs will not notice your PC wearing the belt unless you manually set the Global "RE1_PCGender" - 1 for female PC, 2 for male PC. - If you are playing with the BG1 NPC Project (version 20 or lower), be advised that equipping the girdle on your PC may start romances with 'same sex' characters. This is BG1 NPC code, and is mentioned only because playing with the girdle is more likely to trigger the situation. Coders: Thimblerig, Jastey, Kulyok, Lava, and Berelinde 33. The Surgeon's Dream, by Kulyok ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availability: Shipwreck's Coast (West from High Hedge) Rating: teen content (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: female protagonists Variables: RE1_SurgeonFlirt, if you choose to come away with the Surgeon RE1_SurgeonSex, if you choose to engage in an intimate encounter A lonely healer on the forsaken shore. A man who still feels guilty for not stopping his brother Davaeorn from becoming a slaver and a murderer, and thus heals all passing adventurers in penance. Among them - a certain young woman, who, whether she knows it or not, might be in a very similar situation... Will they pass like ships in the night? Or will the lightning strike, drawing them to each other? Talk to the Surgeon and decide. But be wary - you only have one chance at this. Otherwise he will heal your party and be gone. ATTENTION: The encounter only triggers if you ask the Surgeon about himself(last option)! If you just agree to the healing, he'll leave! 34. All That Left Was, by Lava Del'Vortel and Thimblerig ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters Availability: by the Submerged House, near the road South of Beregost; Left will disappear between conversations for one to three days Rating: Teen content, with a fade-to-black for any intimacies PC restrictions: No restrictions Variables: RE1_LeftFlirt, if Left proposes; RE1_LeftSex, if the PC accepts Have you ever heard of a male witch? Have you ever met one in the forest? Have you ever wondered why they are so bound to their very own sanctuaries? Meet Left – a mysterious man who lives in a ruined house, who can see things no one else can see, and who can surprise you with a tale or two. Visit him from time to time, if you wish to know more about him, or leave him behind. This component offers ten talks that let the player develop a relationship with the male witch and discover his secrets. 35. A Childhood Friend, by Kulyok ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters Availability: Candlekeep, prologue and late game Rating: teen content PC restrictions: all protagonists Variables: none What if you had another good childhood friend in Candlekeep? Alec, an initiate of Oghma, is not going to become your full-time companion, but there is more than enough content for a story. This encounter introduces five conversations in total: 1) prologue, near the Candlekeep Inn; 2) prologue, near the shrine of Oghma; 3) prologue, west of the barracks(come after dark if you want to enjoy the atmosphere fully); 4) late game, near the entrance to the library; 5) late game, the first floor of the Candlekeep Inn. You can cut your conversation short at any time. Doing so will end the encounter, however. And you'll miss the sock story! 36. Arlene the Working Girl, by Kulyok ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters Availability: Beregost, Jovial Juggler, first floor, left from the door, in the corner Rating: teen content (some slightly suggestive language, but nothing explicit) PC restrictions: male protagonists Variables: RE1_ArleneSex, if you do the deed There are more than enough prostitutes in Beregost, but, alas, none would agree to perform any, ahem, services for a strapping lad fresh out of Candlekeep. This component introduces just such a woman - Arlene is a working girl, and she's all too happy to introduce you to some forbidden pleasures. This mod includes ten mini-encounters which can be played at any time in the game. Warning: nine of the encounters require a fee - 40 gold for the night. A girl has to earn a living, after all. 37. Della May from Thay, by Kulyok ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters Availability: Spider Wood, east of Larswood. South of the Red Wizards' encampment, next to a tall fur tree. Rating: teen content (some slightly suggestive language, but nothing explicit) PC restrictions: male protagonists Variables: RE1_DellaFlirt, if you agree to come away with Della, RE1_DellaSex, if you agree to her proposal. Not every day a young Red Wizard tries to kill you, especially if this wizard is female. We already know that bounty hunters are very, very interested in our hero, but Della's interest is special. If you ask, she may even tell you more. But for now, you only need to know one thing: she's an acolyte of Thay, and she's been ordered to kill you. Although she really, really, really doesn't want to... Edwin may have a few words during the encounter, too. Denak's colleagues from the Spider Forest are mentioned, but they don't participate in the encounter. Fortunately. Warning: Della will attack if you cut the encounter short. She's been sent to kill you, after all. 38. A Dirty Guard in Candlekeep, by Kulyok (mature content - WARNING) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Warning: This encounter includes attempts at sexual coercion towards the PC. While all involved parties ultimately make free choices, the content may be triggering for some players. Type: Encounters Availability: prologue, Candlekeep Inn, second floor, if you steal the pearl out of the second room (counted from the stairs, locked chest for some games) Rating: mature content PC restrictions: female protagonists Variables: RE1_DirtyGuardWhipping, if he performs the punishment, RE1_DirtyGuardSex, if the heroine agrees to something more This encounter is only recommended if you enjoy roleplaying "a corrupt guard catches a female thief and decides to punish her himself, and she likes to be punished to avoid arrest" situations. The heroine can leave at any time, and the guard doesn't press or threaten her with anything beyond telling about her stealing (and it's likely she'd just be given a warning and not be otherwise punished), but please, be warned: the encounter involves whipping and lots of dirty talk. There's also a sexual encounter - but only if the heroine agrees to it. 39. Phoenix Flame, by Kulyok (mature content) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters (extended original game character) Availability: Nashkel, if you click the grave with "Mark D" text on it Rating: mature content PC restrictions: female protagonists Variables: RE1_PhoenixFlirt, if you agree to go with the wizard; RE1_PhoenixSex, if you agree to the intimacy; RE1_PhoenixRitual, if you perform the ritual to the end. That wizard in Nashkel's graveyard... the one that summons his Phoenix Guards. He's up to something big, is he? Up to something really interesting? What can it be? What if he can grant you a promise of immortality - and a dangerous ritual to go through with it? And what if this ritual involves... intimacy? There is only one way to find out. 40. Mikala the Monk, by Twani ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounters Availability: Nashkel, Belching Dragon, after clearing the Nashkel Mines (Chapter 3 or higher) Rating: mature content, teen version available (some slightly suggestive language, but no explicit content or descriptions) PC restrictions: female protagonists (human, elf, half-elf, halforc (except BG1)) Variables: RE1_MikalaFlirt = 1, if you agree to drink wine with her; RE1_MikalaSex = 1, if you agree to the intimacy; The Hero of Nashkel. A fine title after all the work our heroine has done in stopping the Iron Crisis. In the Belching Dragon awaits a woman quite interested in meeting the saviour of the mines. Join her for a drink, and perhaps something more... 41. The Messenger 2: Rain or Snow or Gloom of Night, by Thimblerig and tibicina ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Quest Availability: Coast Way Rating: General. Some morbid humour when you talk to Bartleby. PC restrictions: none Variables: "RE1_RainSnow" spawns the messenger and also counts the delivered letters Not rain nor snow nor gloom of night shall stay a messenger of the Longwalker Messenger Guild from their duty but a bandit attack will. A dying halfling on the Coast Way wants you to deliver his last package of letters: a bundle of love, laughter, and loss for various inhabitants of the Sword Coast. (Some minor quest rewards per delivery, plus an extra if you deliver all of them.) Please note: Skie and Garrick will only notice the according letter if it is placed in their own inventory. * * * If you get stuck: - Find Bartleby Quickfoot on the Coast Way, near a downed caravan; - Maple Willow Aspen, second floor of the Blade and Stars, SE Baldurs Gate; - Garrick, in Beregost, or while he is a member of your party; has a follow-up dialogue if he is removed from the party; - Nessie, in the Friendly Arms Inn; - Firebead Elvenhair, in his house in Beregost; - Skie, when first meeting her, or while she is a member of your party; has a follow-up dialogue; - Stephan, in the Cloakwood Mines after killing Davaeorn, then in the Elfsong Tavern; Alyth, in the Elfsong Tavern; - Silence, in the Shop of Silence, in E Baldurs Gate; - Bartleby's Ghost should appear after the final letter has been delivered. 42. Camryn and Tamah, by tibicina ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Quest Availability: Candlekeep, when returning Phlydia's Book; Tamah in Mutamin's Garden (Stone to Flesh scroll is needed) Rating: General. For Teen Version, three letters with slightly suggestive language will be skipped. PC restrictions: none Variables: "TICamryn" counts the quest progress with regard to Camryn, "TITamah" is for quest progress with Tamah. "TICamrynTamah4" > 0 is set if the PC was rude to Tamah after de-petrification; "TISCRLLove" is incremented for every love letter the PC brings to Tamah; "RE1Cam_RewardLetters" = 1 if the PC demands to be paid for the letters. Before the departure from Candlekeep, the PC is told the story of the love-affair and eventual breakup of Camryn, the Master Illuminator and Scribe for Candlekeep, and his headstrong lover, Tamah. Should the PC be willing, s/he can collect up to thirteen (teen version: ten) letters written by Camryn and expressing his feelings on different aspects of his love for Tamah. These letters, if taken to Tamah, will influence the outcome of the pair's long-standing love-affair. Note: The letters are hidden in books, as the PC learns if returning the book to Phlydia in Candlekeep. To make the books unique, they are given a slight different image than the normal books in BG1. To remove the letters from the books, place each book into the quick item slot and "execute" via quick item bar. For each book, this will put the book (without letter) and a letter into the inventory. * * * If you get stuck: The books with hidden letters can be found: -House #2 (Friendly Arm Inn) -Friendly Arm Inn (Level 3) -Landrin's House (Beregost) -Firebead's House, 2nd Floor -Feldepost's Inn (Level 2: Tranzig's room) -Jenkal's House, Gullykin -Beregost (Travenhurst Manor) -Cloakwood Mines (Davaeorn's Quarters) -Ramazith's Tower (Level 4) -Ragefast's House For non-Teen Version, three more books can be found: -Nashkel (Manor House) -Nashkel Carnival (Zordral's Tent) -Cloakwood Lodge List of references of used poems see below. 43. Minor Disclosures, by jastey ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Series of encounters Availability: Elfsong Tavern, 2nd floor, in the small room in the northwest corner Rating: teen content, with slightly suggestive language. PC restrictions: none Variables: "C#LCINT_Spawn" is incremented along the encounters. Elfong Tavern has a neat little room for private encounters but it's difficult to have private meetings when there is no door that can be locked... So, it's not the PC's fault if s/he interrupts a flirtatious dinner by walking into it once or twice, or thrice... is it? Note: There are 7 encounters in total. To see the next one, just leave the second floor of the Elfsong Tavern once and return. The last encounter does not happen before chapter 6. 44. Cloakwood Lovers, by tibicina ------------------------------------------------------------------ Type: Encounter Availability: Cloakwood Mines, Level 3, in the chapel Rating: teen content PC restrictions: none Variables: Global("TICLove","GLOBAL",2) after the encounter is run There's a chapel and altar in the mines. Why not a wedding? Love, as we all know, can happen anywhere, and bandits and mercenaries have feelings, too. Of course, Cordelia and Dispero have chosen the worst possible day to have their wedding when they get uninvited guests - you! Bonus quest: Scar - The Return, by jastey ------------------------------------------------------------------ **This component will be included automatically if both Scar's Spare Time and Duke Eltan's Spare Minute are enabled, and does not have its own install option.** Type: Quest Availability: Precondition is the visiting of Scar's private quarters. Later, talk to Duke Eltan about how Scar was murdered (in the Harbour master's house). This will trigger the quest to find Scar's body. (Components "Scar's Spare Time" and "Duke Eltan's Spare Minute" have to be installed AND the PC has to visit Scar in his private quarters at least shortly) Rating: Teen content. Nothing in terms of sexual, but we are dealing with the search for the corpse of a murdered man. Variables: None of interest for crossmod romance conflict Ever felt bad about Scar's murder? Ever wanted to look for his vanished body, cuddle him in your arms and cry "NOOOOOOO!"? This component gives you the possibility to do so. It also gives your PC the possibility to say good bye to the former Second in Command in person, if you sneak one last time to the harbor master's building before following Sarevok into the maze. But psst - Scar wants you to keep his profile low, because one death is just enough. Note: You can also prepare Scar's resurrection without having to deal with his body at all. Just tell the appropriate persons that Duke Eltan should be informed, and it will happen behind the scenes. This is for people who do not like the thought of corpses in their back pack. More spoilers: *** After talking to Duke Eltan about Scar's murder, go search for Donnerjan's Second Hand Shop (he is in a public area in Baldur's Gate City), buy the right item from him (the PC will remember), and talk to him again. From there, the PC has to talk to several different ex-servants of the Flaming Fist, each giving the needed next step until finally the trail can be followed to locate Scar's body. Duke Eltan has to be talked to several times about it. After Duke Eltan has told about Scar's funeral, a timer of one day will start. After this timer run out and the PC at least unmasked Sarevok in the Palace, Scar can be met one last time. Talk to Duke Eltan again to trigger the meeting. For games that leave you in the BG1 "world" after Sarevok's death and give access to the Palace, the parts or even the whole Scar Return quest can be played after Sarevok was killed, too. Duke Eltan will move into the Palace, and the last meeting with Scar will happen here, too. This is fully compatible with EndlessBG1's component "Duke Eltan Inside the Palace" if bg1re is installed after EBG1. *** ---------------- IV. List of Serious Encounters and Quests ---------------- BG1 Romantic Encounters has quite a few components that do not deal with intimacies for the PC at all. Others can be played without them and leave a very nice encounter or even a quest. This post gives a list of these componens, because a lot of work and love went into them and they are worth being noted as serious quest encounters! Installation ---------------- General (Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux) Make sure you back up your dialog.tlk file (and dialogf.tlk, if it exists), just to be sure. Extract the contents of the mod archive to your game's main folder. Note: Before installation, uninstall any version of BGQE older than v.9, or the Bjornin encounter will be choked. There is no automatic detection! To install the mod, follow the instructions: NOTE: For BG:EE it is important that you istall the mod to the language version you are playing the game in. Otherwise, the dialogues of the mod will not show but give error messages. If you have BG:EE / SoD from Steam or GOG, please note that you need to run the modmerger first. Otherwise, installing the mod might break the game. Link: https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/71305/mod-dlc-merger-merge-steam-gog-sod-dlc-or-custom-dlcs-with-the-main-game Link (deprecated): https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/50441/modmerge-merge-your-steam-gog-zip-based-dlc-into-something-weidu-nearinfinity-dltcep-can-use Windows On successful extraction, there should be an bg1re folder and a setup-bg1re.exe file in your game folder. To install, simply double-click setup-bg1re.exe and follow the instructions on screen. Run setup-bg1re.exe in your game folder to reinstall, uninstall or otherwise change components. Mac OS X Make sure you have the Mac OS X version of the mod (named "OSX-bg1re-vx.zip"). If properly extracted, you should have a bg1re folder, setup-bg1re, and setup-bg1re.command in your game's main directory folder. To install, simply double-click setup-bg1re.command and follow the instructions on screen. Linux Download the latest version of WeiDU for Linux from WeiDU.org and copy WeiDU and WeInstall to /usr/bin. Following that, open a terminal, cd to your BG installation directory, run 'tolower' and answer Y to both queries. You can avoid running the second option (linux.ini) if you have already ran it once in the same directory. To save time, the archive is already tolowered, so there is no need to run the first option (lowercasing file names) either if you have extracted only this mod since the last time you lower cased file name. If you are unsure, running tolower and choosing both options is the safe bet. Run WeInstall setup-bg1re in your game folder to install the mod. Then run wine BGMain.exe and start playing. NOTE: BG(II):EE are actively supported games. Please note that every patch update will wipe your current mod setup! If in the middle of a modded game you might want to delay the patch update as even after reinstalling the mods, you might not be able to continue with your old savegames. For DEINSTALLATION, double click the exe again and chose [u] uninstall (for Windows. Analogous for the other systems). You have to start a new game to play the mod. If you have installation problems or encounter any bugs, please post your bug report in one of the forums given below. Direkt links: English forum: http://gibberlings3.net/forums/index.php?showforum=191 ---------------- VII. Compatibility ---------------- Baldur's Gate Romantic Encounters Modification is coded using WeiDU and does not overwrite any files. It should be compatible with most other (WeiDU) mods. If you play it with the original BG, the mod is compatible with MotSC (= TWM) For compatibility, please stick to the install order: EndlessBG1 - Transitions - bg1re ---------------- VIII. Known Issues ---------------- -Dinner with Thalantyr: the White Knight Errand stays in the inventory although Thalantyr should have taken it. -Items in bags might not be recognized by quest NPCs. Take items out of bags / inventory containers before talking to quest NPCs. This happened for some letters of "Camryn and Tamah" and is an engine issue. The letters were recognized after opening the bag once before reinitiating dialogue with Tamah. -classic BG1(TotSC): the cutscene in AR0200 does not blacken the area graphics. This seems to be a glitch of the area. ---------------- IX. Crossmodding ---------------- You are welcome to add reactions to the encounters to your own mod. The variables for crossmod content are given for each component in the description above. In general, there is the Global variable "RE1_characternameFlirt" to check whether the PC showed interest in intimate activities ("flirted"), and the Global variable "RE1_characternameSex" if sexual activities really occurred. Please note: For some encounters the "Flirt" variable can be of higher value then "1" (e.g. Lars in the Low Lantern). Thus, we advice to check for GlobalGT("RE1_characternameFlirt","GLOBAL",0) and GlobalGT("RE1_characternameSex","GLOBAL",0), respectively. +++++++++++++++Please do not translate below here ++++++++++++++++++++++++ ---------------- X.
