This mod will overwrite the music from major areas of SoA, including the Slums, Docks, Underdark, Brynnlaw, Temple of Helm, and more

This mod provides an partial alternate soundtrack to Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn.

This mod is designed to work with Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn with or without the Throne of Bhaal expansion pack. There are currently no known incompatibilities.

Windows
The Alternate Soundtrack mod is packaged and installed with WeiDU and is distributed as a self-extracting archive. To install, simply double-click the archive and follow the instructions on screen.

Alternatively the files can be extracted from the archive using WinRAR. If properly extracted, you should have a AceAltMusic folder and Setup-AceAltMusic.exe in your BG2 folder. To install, simply double-click Setup-AceAltMusic.exe and follow the instructions on screen.

Please run Setup-AceAltMusic.exe in your BG2 folder to reinstall, uninstall or otherwise change components.

Mac OS X
If the mod was previously installed, uninstall it before extracting the new version.The Alternate Soundtrack mod is packaged and installed with WeiDU. To install, simply extract the contents of the mod into your BG2 folder. If properly extracted, you should have a AceAltMusic folder, Setup-AceAltMusic, and Setup-AceAltMusic.command in your BG2 folder. To install, simply double-click Setup-AceAltMusic.command and follow the instructions on screen.

This mod will add a custom music track for the following areas:

• City Gates
• Temple of Helm
• Umar Hills
• Slums
• Slums at Night
• Brynnlaw
• Docks
• Underdark
• Demon Plane (in the sphere quest)

More tracks may be added in future releases.
